The Artifact
Designed and entirely hand-constructed by Emanuel Bianco. Grounded in Scandinavian architectural discipline and honed within the high-fashion ateliers of London and Milan, Luxury Scraps is a return to the origin of pure craft. Born in Sardinia and assembled in Apulia, this piece is a visceral, unrepeatable artifact—engineered with the precision of a structural designer, but crafted with the soul of an artisan.
The Materials
A study in transparency. Archive N25/023 is a 1-of-1 architectural garment born from a rare discovery in Lecce, Italy. The soul of this piece is a vintage 1960s caftan gown, rescued from a local dealer and entirely re-structured into a modern silhouette.
The fabric—an 80% Silk Devoré featuring a remarkably contemporary polka-dot burnout—was chosen for its timeless, graphic energy. By deconstructing the original gown, we have reimagined the fluid history of the 60s into a cutting-edge shirt that breathes with the body. Featuring a dramatic front split and a reversible soul, it can be worn front-to-back, allowing the wearer to transition between a daring statement and a sophisticated layer. It is an irreplicable fragment of Italian heritage, preserved for the present.
All materials for this garment have been carefully regenerated and repurposed to create a unique, artisanal and one of a kind piece, impossible to replicate. Handmade in italy by the designer Emanuel Bianco.

DRY CLEAN ONLY: WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANING TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF THE DEVORÉ BURNOUT EFFECT
STORAGE: STORE ON A PADDED HANGER TO AVOID SNAGGING THE DELICATE SILK. KEEP IN A COOL, DRY PLACE AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT TO PREVENT THE FABRIC FROM WEAKENING.
STEAMING: IF NEEDED, USE A HANDHELD STEAMER ON A LOW SETTING. AVOID DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE FABRIC; KEEP THE STEAMER A FEW INCHES AWAY TO RELAX ANY WRINKLES IN THE SILK OR ORGANZA.
AVOID PERFUMES: APPLY PERFUME AND HAIRSPRAY BEFORE DRESSING, AS THE CHEMICALS AND OILS CAN STAIN OR DAMAGE THE SILK FIBERS.
